Although the process to get my 4 windows and patio door took longer than expected. Every time I called they returned my call within a few days more than WS did. The install team was great done in minimal time cleaned up and very cordial. Our new windows are great and without TruVista we would have lost money and had to start process all over. They we're very neat and cleaned up everything before finishing. The "original" customer service team was horrible!!! They have a new team as of late June 2024. They are doing their best to build back client trust and be transparent! They mentioned 2 weeks & its been much longer. After this review Mo did call & we had several conversations about the TEN windows we ordered. The pricing & quality, seemed reasonable & Mo mentioned these windows will be better than previously ordered. The options seemed great- since we had a hard color to match. I will revisit this review again, & let you know how installation & windows look. Currently I was told that they had many issues that they are dealing with. Be patient and listen they are trying to make things right. When they call they know you are upset. But they are trying. I know I'm trying & I believe I will be writing again in a few months with high marks..... Update - The windows we were to get from Windows Select we received in February. Window Select did an awesome job of putting the new windows in. They look great. Still awaiting on a second order I placed in February. The windows are for living room and kitchen. We will update again. There has been a considerable wait on these. I know Tru vista is busy like all window installers this time of year. Trying to be patient.Ryan SmithI’m truly impressed by this company. I feel they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure my window installation met or exceeded my expectations. This is going to be long, but here’s my experience: Like many, I was caught up in the failure of Window Select and the loss of a significant deposit. We had ordered 9 new windows for our 1860s farmhouse. It was quite the investment for us and a painful loss when we finally realized that the deposit we paid was gone for good. Then TruVista came in to take over many of the orders and it seemed too good to be true. Were they really going to take over my order and actually finish the job? I have to admit I was pretty skeptical and guarded through the process. It took a while, but eventually I was told that our windows had arrive and we were ready for installation. The initial installation went well, and the crew was very professional. However, we ran into a snag with some of the finish trim work. This was a different crew, and the quality was simply subpar. I reported this to our Project Manager at TruVista and though I always heard the right thing, it seemed it never turned into action. I grew quite discouraged when the repairs never seemed to get scheduled. Eventually, a different Project Manager reached out and explained that they had some internal communication breakdowns, and my issues weren’t properly reported internally. They made some staffing changes but that’s not my story to tell. What’s important is that my new Project Manager immediately sprang into action, pulled a crew together, and they all came out to inspect the installation and figure out what needed to be done to fix things. During the inspection they actually found a few things that I had missed and promised to get it all fixed right away. I figured it’d take a few weeks to get something scheduled but just a couple days later the crew was out to start the repairs, and my project manager kept me in the loop at each step. This crew did an outstanding job. A complete 180 from where things were. They put a significant amount of work into finishing the project, and I’m thrilled with the end result. I’m very appreciative that they took on this burden from Window Select and are doing what they can to make things right. TL;DR They’ve got a great team and have shown that they truly won’t stop until the job is done right. This company has earned my trust and I’d wholeheartedly recommend them.Ray Jubeck
